A: Please be patient, someone will get back to you. However, if it has been a week or more, feel free to contact us again.

Q: I'm broke but I want to submit my film. Do I have to pay the entry fee if it's non-profit?
A: POEFF is a non-profit, volunteer-based organization therefore we require funds to allow us to make this event possible, for example: location, programs, advertising and promotion, to name but a few. We recommend that you submit your film along with the fee so that your film can have the same attention and consideration as other filmmakers.

Q: Will calling or emailing the office a lot increase my chances of getting accepted?
A: No.

Q: When do you notify filmmakers of acceptance or rejection of their submissions?
A: All results will be posted on this web-site around August 11, 2008. We will also contact via email.

Q: What formats do you accept for film submissions?
A: DVD for reviewing process only.

Q: Do you accept student films for submission?
A: Yes!

Q: Are there awards for films?
A: Yes. Donations from sponsorships will be award to the Best Feature, Best Short, Best Documentary, and Best Message of Peace.

A: Films will be announced around August 11, 2008 at which time the website will be updated, schedules published, tickets for sale, and so on. Or, join our mailing list.

A: We're sorry, but POEFF is a non-profit organization and relies on entry fees and ticket sales to present this event to you.
