2012 Peace On Earth Film Festival Official Selections
The Directors of the Peace On Earth Film Festival, along with the Review Committee, are pleased to announce the Official Selections. Submissions came from around the world, and this year's festival will include films from Argentina, Canada, France (Morocco, Tunisia), Ethiopia, Ecuador, Marshall Islands, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russian Federation, Sierra Leone, Switzerland, Uganda, Italy, Tanzania, United Kingdom and the USA.
Powerful, insightful, disturbing and inspiring, the selected films shine a light on our world; and in their own unique way fulfill the mission of POEFF, to raise awareness of peace, nonviolence, social justice and an eco-balanced world.
The Directors of the POEFF and the Review Committee express their deepest gratitude to all of the filmmakers who went through the submission process. Our deepest regard for you, your crew, pre- and post- production people, everyone involved in the creation of your film: we hold you all in high esteem. Most importantly we thank you for your steadfast dedication to peace, nonviolence, social justice, and an eco-balanced world, through the art of filmmaking.
