Peace On Earth Film Festival is proud to announce it's Student Filmmaker Showcase for 2010. To qualify, you must:
* Be currently attending a college or university or high school. * Submit your film, entry form and processing fee by (TBA). Selections will be announced around January 15th, 2010.
